Exchange & Refund Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged or wrong item, please email to [email protected] with a copy of the original receipt and a photograph of the item you received. If item received is defective or damaged upon parcel arrival, item will be exchanged. Items must be unopened or unused together with an original receipt wherever applicable to be valid for exchange. Exchange is valid within 7 days from the date of purchase only.
Refunds
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept refunds for items delivered. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
