If your diffuser is not functioning or if you have encountered problem with the diffuser, you can bring it to our Show Room for an assessment. After the assessment, the staff will advise accordingly

How long does the repair take?

If the diffuser need servicing, the average lead time is between 3 to 5 weeks. It also depend on the parts availability.

How much is the repair services?

Diffusers that are not covered under warranty will be subjected to a non-refundable repair assessment fee of $30 payable at collection. The subsequent charges, if any, will be based on the cost of the part(s) that was replaced/repaired. This additional repair charges will be informed to you before repair or serving take place. Upon your confirmation, then we will proceed with the repair.

How do I know my diffuser need servicing?

You can conduct a series of self-checks or try troubleshooting before bringing your diffuser for servicing.

Fault : Abnormal Noise

The diffuser uses nebulization (cold-air diffusion) technology to diffuse our solution blends. All nebulizers operate using a vibrating mechanism, which produce a small amount of noise from the nebulizer is completely normal and not considered a manufacturing defect or a fault. Unless it is emitting an abnormally loud noise that causes nuisance, you may send in for servicing.

Fault : Not Emitting Mist

Check if there is scent emitting from the mist chamber. If it is not functioning accordingly, you can use a Cleaning Solution to rinse out the essential oil residue.

Fault: Not Emitting Scent

If the scent is getting weaker, you may use a Cleaning Solution to rinse out the essential oil residue.

Fault: Stop Emitting Scent within Regulated Duration

If the diffuser displays evidence of intermittent diffusion or completely stops before the regulated duration, please send for assessment.
